The apartment complex comprises a total of 120 apartments spread over 4 floors and various facilities including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and 3 lifts. Location
This apartment complex is located on a quiet side street in the Calo des Pou district of Cala d'Or. An inviting sandy beach lies just 100 m away and can easily be reached on foot and the tow centre with its many shopping and entertainment venues as well as the marina lie just 2.5 km from the complex.

Sports and entertainment
In the sprawling 4,000 m² outdoor complex that is full of shady trees is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. Sports enthusiasts may try out aerobics, water games, beach volleyball, boccie, table tennis and, for an additional fee, road and mountain bike hire as well as billiards. Various water sports are on offer and there is a dive school, to be found on Cala d'Or's main beach as well as an 18-hole golf course some 12 km from the apartment complex. A seasonal entertainment programme featuring competitions, bingo, courses and games provide amusement. There are evening events with shows and dancing during the peak summer season. Younger guests may go to the 'minidisco'.
