Renewed in 2007, this complex has modern and complete facilities and services, and count with 5 levels easily reached by lifts, 2 of them panoramic. There is a 24-hour reception with Internet corner, fax and printer services (charges apply), TV room, bar, café with an ample lobby and pool with terrace. The complex also has a private car park with permanent vigilance (optional), and the complex is also guarded with cameras during the day and for qualified staff at night.
Location
Hotel located just 150m from the 4 km-long El Playazo beach, one of the most popular in Almeria. The complex is in the East area of the Vera region, famous for the unspoilt natural beauty of its beaches with crystal-clear water, tranquil villages like Mojacar, the nature reserve of Cabo de Gata and its spring-like temperatures all year round. The centre of Vera town is just 8 km away and there are shopping options 200 m away. The Almeria and Murcia airports are approx. 89 km and 146 km away respectively.
Room description
There are apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with a sensational view of the sea available on request. They combine comfort with warmth and are all fitted with individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. The avant garde furniture is made of the finest of materials and state-of-the-art electrical equipment is also provided. All accommodation comes with an en suite bathroom, as well as a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, WLAN Internet access, an iron (no ironing board), a hire safe and a kitchen with crockery, washing-up liquid, cutlery, mixer, fridge, glass ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, washing machine and coffee-making facilities. A double bed and either a balcony or a terrace also come as standard. For particularly discerning guests the hotel offers 62 loft apartments with a private sun terrace and Jacuzzi.
Sports and entertainment
There are 2 outdoor swimming pools on the hotel grounds, with 2 children's paddling pools, a poolside snack bar (charges apply, open in the summer) and hammocks and parasols. There are also sun loungers and parasols laid out on the local beach (charges apply) and the Valle del Este Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive away. In addition, guests will find a sports centre around 3 minutes away. Water sports activities on offer for a fee close by include jet skiing, motor boating, diving, surfing, windsurfing, sailing and catamaran sailing. For an additional fee guests can also play squash and tennis, go riding, take a cycle tour, go rowing or participate in an aerobics class. From May to September here is a programme of organised entertainment on offer at the hotel for guests of all ages.
